4/26/19 Lake of the Ozarks fishing report

The  Bass fishing has been good this week as a lot of fish have moved up to start spawning. Lots of numbers are being caught around and in spawning pocket and spawning banks. Crock o Gator 1/4 Shakey pro heads with Zoom finesse worm or Zapper jigs will produce. Top water baits are also working around the same areas , try  Head knocker buzzs around shallow corners of docks and under cat walks . There's also still a main lake bait going on as some fish are just moving up , some of these fish will just look for small pocket just off main lake to spawn and then move right back out' Try spinner baits , Wiggle warts and stick baits for these fish

Crappie fishing continues to be good as a lot of crappie are shallow 1' to 4' of water .The best bite is early are just before dusk. throw crappie jigs around shallow brush or corners or docks on pea gravel banks
